open box speakers , new with out a box , just speaker and usb cord , why pay 99.99 for box , sony has a online free  manual ,quality speaker from sony  , i test all speakers and fully charge all speakers before shipping , others sell these speakers for 30 and lower you get what you pay for if you want to return the speaker it must be in the same condition ( these speakers dont have a mark on them ) as i ship it to  you or your return will be voided .......will not ship outside usa...... .i have sold over 30 sony speakers without one complaint or return see feedback
